Manager - Finance & Accounts (4-9 yrs)

- We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions.

- InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all financial activities of the company, including end-to-end accounting transactions.

- Monitor and track outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, along with bank statements and payment records.

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

- Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions.

- Refine financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Manage and guide the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Ensure timely execution of bank payments and maintain compliance with all financial policies and regulations.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and conduct regular database backups.

- Foster strong relationships with clients by communicating effectively and ensuring their financial needs are met.

- Regularly update and report to the Director/CFO on work progress and any client-related issues that arise.

What will you need to succeed?

- 4+ years of experience.

- Must have Tally ERP9 experience.

- Candidates with good experience in journal entries.

- Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player, and ability to manage deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong Experience with MS Suits.
