Job Description

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Excellent verbal communication skills Hindi and Tamil (Must) (Multilingual) Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship management systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different expectations of customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service industry (Preferred not must).
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer delight.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Ready to work in Night shifts and rotational shift and rotational week off as per roster requirement. (Flexible).
Skill Sets Required:
  • Good Communication Hindi / Tamil (Must) (Multilingual).
  • Multitasking, Active listening, adaptable, Flexible.
  • Good in email communication Good in Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Quick learner / Proactive / Personalized / Convenient/ Competen.
  • Team player / Good coordination.
  • CCTV/Surveillance alert Monitoring or Electronics / Electrical knowledge basic knowledge (preferred not must).
