Responsibilities:-

1- General HR Activities

2- Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process for various roles.

3- Manage the whole Payroll process

4- Compliance with all statutory requirements under various Labour laws such as PF, ESIC, etc. within the timeline.

5- Handle employee grievances about salaries as well as other issues

6- Maintaining HR database and Employee Records.

7- Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements related to the payroll process.

8- Monitor and manage Attendance, Leave Management, and time tracking systems.
