Job Title: Associate Implementation Manager

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Function: Service Delivery - Site and Patient Payments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage technical and data-related aspects of Mentor Payments customer relationships during implementation and post-implementation
  • Lead technical and data workstreams in implementations of Site Payments, collaborating with the Project Manager and project team and working with management and leadership teams across Sitero departments and clients to facilitate successful project completion
  • Execute project deliverables from kickoff to ensure that project team has a strong understanding of customer s study setup, data integration, and investigator payments requirements
  • Analyze clinical trial agreements, study protocols, and contract budgets
  • Provide technical customer support for the Site Payments system including ClinFeed and ClinConnect; responsible for the resolution of study setup and data integration customer issues, and the escalation of technical customer issues which are not resolved and managing them until resolution, in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Utilize tools including ServiceNow, Kantata, and MS Teams for managing tasks, and keep team members informed of progress of assigned tasks
  • Prioritize assigned tasks across multiple client projects and internal initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times during all interactions with customers

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards by

  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Site and Patient Payments product roadmap resulting in the production of new features or enhancements to existing products with product management
  • Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP )
  • Reviewing and updating company SOPs related to Site and Patient Payments
  • Establishing and enforcing departmental standards

Secondary Responsibilities

Contributes to team effort by

  • Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
  • Offering technical and quality feedback and advice to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Helping other team members to accomplish deliverables
  • Performing other duties as assigned and deemed necessary

Maintains Technical Knowledge by

  • Attending and participating in applicable company sponsored training

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred; Associate s degree required

Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in software or technical product management
  • Working knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and methodology
  • Investigator payments, financial technology, and business analysis experience a plus
  • Clinical trials or data management experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization preferred

  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Motivated and action driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function in a multi-task environment with a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to work in group setting and independently and to adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with APIs and programming languages including SQL
  • Goal oriented

Working conditions:

Travel: 0-25%

Lifting: 0-20lbs

Other: Computer work for long periods of time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Full Time, Permanent

COMMITMENTS:

Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday - Friday. Additional hours as needed.

Willing to work in shifts as and when needed.
