Position : India E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location : Andheri East, Chandivali

Process : Blended Process

Education : HSC/Any Graduate

Age limit: 20 to 39 year

Experience: Both Fresher and Experience

Shift timing: From 6:00 am till Midnight 12 any 9 hours Rotational Shift,

6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off.

Salary : Between 16k to 18k in hand + PacMan

Responsibilty:

- Answering queries and concerns about a companys products or services.

- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.

- Tracking customer service metrics.

- Delivering information about a company’s products and services.

Key Skills:

~ Good communication skill in English.

~ Good at computer skills.

~Ready to work in blended Process.

Benefits:

* Centralized pick-up and drop from Andheri and Ghatkopar Station during the day.

* One way home drop service after 9pm.
