Data Ops Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic DataOps Manager to lead our DataOps initiatives, overseeing a team of data engineers, senior data engineers, RPA developers, and senior RPA developers.

Job Overview: As the DataOps Manager at Foundever, you will be responsible for creating and managing an integrated DataOps strategy that enhances collaboration between data engineering and RPA teams. You will lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of data and automation solutions while ensuring high-quality standards and operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data management, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and RPA technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS, and RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) and Familiarity with programming languages like Python, SQL, or NodeJS is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in implementing DataOps practices and methodologies is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is a plus.
