RPA & Integration Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop) and UiPath.
• Develop and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed automations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other technologies and systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools, trends, and best practices.
• Ensure all automation solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards and governance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, business analysts, process owners, data management teams, and clients, to support successful project delivery.
• Support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including design specifications, test cases, and operational procedures.
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track automation performance and ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven 3- 4 Year experience in developing RPA solutions with Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath.
• Experience in automating both back-office and front-office business processes.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or VB.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations in an automation context.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex workflows.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other RPA frameworks (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
• RPA Developer Certification (UiPath or Power Automate) and Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
