Position : UK Voice Process

Location : Andheri East, Chandivali

Process : Inbound Voice Process

Education : HSC /Any Graduate

Age limit: 20 to 39 year

Experience: Both Fresher and Experience

Shift timing: 12.30 PM to 3.30 AM Rotational Shift, 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational week off

Salary : Between 20k to up to 23k in hand + Pac Man + 2.2k Travelling allowance

Responsiblity:

- Answering queries and concerns about a companys products or services.

- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.

- Tracking customer service metrics.

- Delivering information about a companys products and services

.

Key Skills:

~ Fluent in English communication skills.

~ Good at computer skill.

~Ready to work in the night shift.
