Site Incharge

Degree in electrical engineering from the institute of repute with 12-15 Years of experience in the execution of Solar plants/ refineries /fertilizer / big green field projects.
At least 5 years or more experience as Site in charge related to executing ground-mounted Solar Projects on MW scale. (More than 100MW).
Good Communication skills, verbal and written with good command over the English language.
Computer working knowledge of MS Excel/word / PowerPoint, mail communication, etc,
Responsible for project management and monitoring of site construction activities as per project execution plan with Quality Safety and environment standards.
Demonstrate leadership to manage various functional heads at the site administration/accounts/stores / technical and commercial.
Proactive in dealing with crises and able to access and manage risks associated with the execution.
Coordinate with EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies for smooth execution of work at the site.
Monitor the construction, testing, and commissioning of the ground-mounted solar power plant facility.
Verify and certify running bills raised by EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies as per actual site work progress.
Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines).
Review of project planning, scheduling, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings at site with EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies to monitor site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO, i.e. overall site work monitoring.
Coordinate/liaison with Government/local authorities as per requirement.
Attend meeting and represent the company with full confidence and knowledge with the plants client / consultants / stakeholders.
