Intern - Contract Analysis and Digitization

Contract Analysis: Read and interpret legal contracts to identify and understand key terms, obligations, and clauses. Highlight important provisions such as renewal dates, payment terms, termination clauses, and obligations.

2 Data Digitization: Accurately input contract details into the designated system or database. Ensure consistency, completeness, and correctness of the digitized data.

3 Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, and operations teams to clarify any ambiguities or discrepancies in contracts. Communicate findings or challenges promptly to the reporting manager.

4 Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines while handling sensitive contract information.

What You ll Need:

• bachelors degree in law (LLB), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of basic legal terminology and contract structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data entry tools. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
