Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

• We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Gurgaon
• This role involves managing monthly payroll reviews, verifying vendor bills, supporting monthly financial closings, and handling bank transactions and reconciliations
• Familiarity with US payroll, ERP systems, and global accounting practices will be advantageous

What you'll Do:

• Conduct monthly payroll reviews and accurately post payroll data in the ERP software
• Knowledge of US payroll is a plus
• Review and verify vendor bills posted in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including preparing accruals, provisions, and financial schedules Record and manage bank receipts and payments, ensuring accurate reflection in the accounting system
• Perform bank reconciliations in the ERP system, ensuring the timely clearance of open items

What you'll Need:

• bachelors or PG degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience of accounts payable and banking activities
• Excellent accounting knowledge
• Hands on experience on GST, TDS as applicable on vendor invoices
• Worked in Global entity setup scenario Experience with accounting software NetSuite will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
