Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
• Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

2. Key Account Management

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts with a focus on cross-selling and new business development.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to set up and manage new projects.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM for key account activities.

3. Business Development

• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Onboard and nurture new dealers while analyzing market trends to stay competitive.

4. Technical Expertise

• Work closely with technical teams to establish product value and create application replication platforms.
• Provide insights and solutions for advanced industrial coating like Glass Coating & Metal Coating.

5. Market Analysis

• Monitor market trends and competition to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Organize strategies to enhance product reach and customer satisfaction.
