Key Job Responsibilities : 1 Work in collaboration with quality assurance & marketing department to develop & bring to market new products. 2 Should possess good project management skills 3 Should maintain all systems and records as per ISO, IATF 16949 4 Contract review for new enquiries / orders. 5 Review of customer satisfaction survey and taking action on customer dissatisfaction 6 Getting Information Input related to customer delivery schedules and timely communicating to production 7 Business development with new customers. 8 Active Participation in Internal & External Audits and 8D's. 9 Participate in MRM of QMS Authorities:- 1 To suggest the improvement plan to management 2 Authorized to order RM from overseas with consultation MD. 3 Authorized to change transporter with consultation MD.
