Qualification: Graduation

Experience -

• 1 -2 years (calling background)
• Need to handle 300 calls in day/Chat process
• Flexible in extending shifts
• Need to be target oriented

Candidate requirements:

• Undergraduate Graduate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
• Candidates from any industry are preferable.
• Good English and Communication skills are required.
• Preference would be given to candidates who know the language of Tamil Telugu Malayalam.
