Job Description
- Prepare and file corporate income tax returns in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and withholding tax (TDS/TCS).
- Review and reconcile income tax provisions, deferred tax assets/liabilities, and tax adjustments in financial statements.
- Manage income tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and statutory tax assessments conducted by tax authorities.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and prepare TP documentation, Local & Master Files, and CbCR (if applicable).
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to direct tax matters before tax authorities
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP would be an added advantage
