1. Diploma or degree in hospitality management.
2. Must have at least 10-15 years of experience as a Front office executive in the hospitality
industry.
3. Previous experience as front office manager in a 3 star hotel.
4. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication sills and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven customer service experience as a manager; should have strong guest focused
mentality.
6. Candidate's age should be in the age bracket of 38-42 years.
7. Leadership and team management abilities.
8. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
