Job Description

Simran Export Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to support our HR operations and contribute to the overall well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles, with knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes in a manufacturing or export environment. The HR Assistant will assist with various HR tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with labor laws, and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants.
    • Support in organizing and conducting interviews as required.
  • Employee Onboarding & Orientation:
    • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs to help them understand company policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and maintain welcome kits and other necessary documentation for new hires.
  • Employee Record Management:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring HR databases are updated regularly.
    • Ensure that employee records comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
    • Handle queries related to leave, benefits, and compensation policies.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and workplace concerns.
    • Foster a positive and supportive work environment by addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • Training & Development:
    • Help in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Support the administration of training sessions, including scheduling and coordination.
  • HR Policy Development:
    • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other industry regulations.
    • Assist in maintaining the organizations HR practices in line with current laws.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department, including document management, filing, and scheduling meetings.
    • Coordinate and support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative functions, preferably in a manufacturing or export setting.
    • Previous experience in HR or office management is desirable.
  • Key Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with basic HR software or database management is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
    • Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Desired Profile:

  • The candidate should be in their early 20s to late 30s, with a passion for human resources and a strong desire to develop their career in HR.
  • The candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Work Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area, New Delhi.
  • Other Benefits: Competitive benefits package with exposure to a dynamic, growing export environment.
