INCOMING QUALITY ENGINEER

• Ability to read,interpret the technical drawing, technical standard requirements.
  
• Attending partquality issues from incoming inspection and line complaints.
  
• Ability tooperate basic measurement instruments such as air gauges, vernier caliper,height gauge, surface finish tester, Go-NoGo gauges,
  
• Suppliercommunication and ensure 7 step corrective action in place for all the qualityissues.
  
• Responsible for preparingquality plans (Agreement of Inspection)
  
• Responsible for inspectionof incoming parts as per sampling plan.
  
• Responsible forG2 closing in ERP.
  
• Responsible forattending morning meeting and communication line complaints to respective SQEs
  
• Responsible formoving suspected parts to quarantine area.
  
• Supplier PPMmonitoring.
  
• Responsible for bookingthe component rejections in system
  
• Co-ordinate withbuyers and SQEs for containment actions and corrective actions
  
• Responsible formaintaining the gauges, instruments and records.
  
• Responsible formaintaining the incoming inspection records as per the retention period.
  
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Candidates with experiencein layout inspection, incoming parts sampling inspection, attending linequality issues, stores audit, FIFO audit, supplier PPM monitoring.
  
• Should be ableto read, interpret and understand drawing.
  
• Well versed and practical knowledge in 7 stepproblem solving process and good communication skill (both verbal and written).
