Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage and streamline the collection of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have fluency in South Indian languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers for timely payment collection.
• Maintain and update records of outstanding payments, payment terms, and collection status.
• Resolve billing disputes and escalate delayed payments as needed.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Prepare reports on collection status and overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and collection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Languages: Must be proficient in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) along with Hindi/English.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Knowledge of credit policies and collection processes.
