Account Monitoring: Regularly monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and investigate historical data related to each debt or bill.
Client Communication: Locate and contact clients to inquire about overdue payments, taking appropriate actions to encourage timely debt settlement.
Payment Processing: Handle processing of payments and refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve billing issues and customer credit concerns.
Record Keeping: Update account status records and document collection efforts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Reporting: Prepare and report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. This includes daily updates on cash remittance and collection to the supervisor.
Debt Recovery: Manage recovery and collections across all segments and buckets, with a focus on higher DPD (Days Past Due) customers.
Case Management: Track skip cases, asset non-availability cases, and ensure reconciliation with the Head Office (HO).
Daily Collection MIS Preparation: Prepare daily Collection Management Information System (MIS) reports and submit them to the reporting person.
Skills and Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
High level of accuracy in processing payments, handling records, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally.
Effective management of multiple tasks and prioritization of higher DPD cases.
Familiarity with MIS preparation and reporting tools
