Customers leverage Simplify Workforce to gain visibility into their external/non-employee workforce, including contingent labour, Statement of Work (SOW) and independent contractors, all while optimizing client spend, candidate quality, compliance procedures and talent supply efficiency.

At Simplify Workforce we are developing AI/ML based deep tech solutions that can be consumed by Enterprises as customizable SaaS offering.

Responsibilities :

- Write well designed, reusable, testable and efficient code for web applications.

- Focus on scalability, speed, cross-browser compatibility, security, and availability of all applications and processes.

- Ensuring high performance on web/mobile application development.

- Establish and refine development best practices (coding standards, reviews, test coverage) for development of back-end modules, and facilitate adherence to the same.

- Help the team imbibe the habit of writing high-quality code, unit/integration test cases, using CI/CD pipelines and do a code review on a daily basis to ensure it's being done correctly.

- Break down tasks based on product features that need to be developed and deployed.

- Deliver in a fast-paced product environment, with clear emphasis on application performance and eliminating defects leaked past product development.

Requirements :

- B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.

- Minimum 7 -9 years' experience building complex enterprise applications/SAAS products.

- Extensive experience in designing applications using Laravel /Yii MVC frameworks.

- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, DOM including HTML5, CSS3, RWD using Bootstrap, Material Design, Media queries

- A solid understanding of OO and MVC design principles, RESTful APIs, caching concepts, the HTTP protocol and general web architecture.

- Excellent understanding of MVC pattern, and other object-oriented concepts

- Good experience on writing SQL queries on MySQL complex queries and performance tuning for high volume transactions.

- Good experience creating MySQL stored procedures for server-side data processing.

- Excellent understanding of website authentication, security and best practices

- Experience in developing test driven services, and integrate automated testing using SoapUI or JMeter.

- Good experience and understanding working with source version control on BitBucket or Github.

- Good to have hands-on experience on Agile methodology.
