Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Web and Graphic Designer with a strong passion for minimalist design aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and user-friendly designs tailored for North American clients, with a focus on simplicity, elegance, and functionality.

You will collaborate with our marketing, development, and content teams to create designs that enhance user experience and align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design clean, minimalist, and intuitive web layouts that ensure seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

- Develop high-quality graphic elements including logos, banners, icons, and infographics with a focus on simplicity and visual appeal.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives.

- Ensure that all designs align with the latest industry trends and best practices, particularly in the North American market.

- Work on branding projects, creating cohesive visual identities that reflect the company or client's vision.

- Optimize and format images, graphics, and other media for web use, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.

- Prepare design mockups and prototypes to illustrate concepts clearly before development.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality control.

- Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and mediums.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, tools, and industry trends, particularly those relevant to minimalist design.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of proven experience in web and graphic design, particularly with clients from North America.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalist web and graphic design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.

- Experience with web design technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge (a plus, but not mandatory).

- Strong understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.

- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with North American clients or brands, with an understanding of design preferences and user behavior in this market.
