Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential customers via calls to explain the app's features and benefits.
• Assist customers in downloading and installing the app on their devices.
• Provide effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Reach out to potenial customers via calls to explain the app's features and benefits.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Provide daily reports on the number of calls made and issues resolved.
Key Skills Required:
• Good communication and fluent in Englisha and Hindi, and possess knowledge of one or more of the following regional languages like Malayalam Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Odia
• Ability to convince and influence customers.
• Basic technical knowledge to assist with app installations and usage.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Patience and customer-centric attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
• 06 months of experience in telecalling or a customer support role.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones and apps.
• Educational qualification: Minimum Bachelors in any field
