Roles and Responsibilities

• Make follow-ups with clients via phone calls to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
  
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions over the phone.
