Job Description: Telecaller (1-5 Years Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients, handle queries, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information about products/services.

- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

- Identify and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

- Maintain a strong follow-up process to convert leads into sales opportunities.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.

4. Sales and Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

- Promote products/services persuasively and ensure high conversion rates.

5. Data Management:

- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and customer feedback.

6. Communication and Multilingual Proficiency:

- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada to cater to diverse customer needs.

- Adapt communication style based on the language and preference of the customer.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada (verbal).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
