We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our most important customers. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for our most important customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Understand our customers business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
Collaborate with our product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers
Monitor customer usage and provide insights to our product team to drive product improvements
Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Provide customer feedback to our internal teams to help drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Ability to understand complex business needs and provide solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
