Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Lead the day-to-day technical operations of client PAM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and prioritize operational tasks, including incident resolution, change implementation, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor PAM systems and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Lead incident response and resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of PAM-related incidents.
- Manage incident communication and escalation processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to incident management SLAs.
- Plan and execute PAM-related changes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Develop and review change management documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
Problem Management :
- Identify and analyze recurring problems in PAM environments.
- Develop and implement problem resolution plans.
- Proactively identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate with PAM vendors for technical support, product updates, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Ensure PAM environments comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain security best practices.
- Participate in security audits and assessments.
- Generate and analyze operational reports and metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns to improve service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to management on operational performance.
Technical Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in PAM technical operations or related roles.
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts and technologies (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic).
- Experience with incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
