Simeio - CA IDM Specialist - Implementation & Administration (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead Engineer within the CA IDM team, responsible for delivering global projects.

- Implement high-quality projects and solutions for customers, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Lead data migration initiatives, including analysis, design, and implementation of data architecture.

- Analyze and design multiple database schemas and LDAP structures to support complex identity and access management requirements.

- Hands-on experience with CA IDM r12.52 or higher, including installation, configuration, and administration.

- Expertise in utilizing Connector Xpress to build robust JDBC, LDAP, and REST connectors for seamless data integration.

- Proficient in developing and implementing web services client code using IDM TEWS.

- Install and configure IDM on WebSphere application server.

- Design and implement complex business rules using Policy Xpress.

- Work closely with Oracle 11g/12c databases and possess strong Java programming skills.

- Experience with LDAP directories, including CA Directory and Sun One.

- Proficiency in Linux-based environments and scripting languages.

- Work effectively in "big user" IDM environments with a high volume of users and complex access control requirements.

- Collaborate closely with other teams, including those responsible for CA SiteMinder and CA Directory.

- Maintain a strong understanding of IBM WebSphere and HTTP Server.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering CA IDM r12.52 or higher.

- Proven experience with the installation and configuration of IDM on WebSphere.

- Strong proficiency in using IDM Provisioning Server, including account templates and role-based access control.

- Expert-level skills in utilizing Connector Xpress to build JDBC, LDAP, and REST connectors.

- In-depth knowledge of Policy Xpress Rules and their application within the IDM environment.

-Strong foundation in Java programming.

- Must possess a deep understanding of IDM TEWS and the ability to create and consume web services client code.

- Working knowledge of IDM APIs, such as BLTH and Event Listener.

- Proficiency in LDAP and SQL querying.

- Experience working in "big user" IDM environments with complex access control requirements.

- Working knowledge of CA SiteMinder and CA Directory.

- Familiarity with the fundamentals of IBM WebSphere and HTTP Server.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with migrating to CA IDM r14
