Application Engineer

• Requirement for young engineer as application engineer for the post of techno-sales, must be knowledge for metal casting process.
• Engineer must be comfortable in travelling. Freshers may also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Consultation:
  Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for applications, helping clients understand the technical aspects and ensuring successful implementation.
  Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Application Design & Development:
  Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to customize applications based on client requirements and business needs.
  Develop, test, and maintain application solutions, ensuring they are scalable and meet performance standards.
• Technical Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
  Provide training materials to clients and internal teams.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
  Investigate application-related issues, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions or enhancements.
  Resolve technical issues that arise during implementation or in the field.
• Customer Feedback:
  Gather client feedback to provide product insights and improvements to the development teams.
  Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are fully addressed and their expectations met.
• Product Testing & Validation:
  Participate in testing new features and products, ensuring that they meet client requirements and function as intended.
  Conduct application validation and debugging during development phases.
• Sales and Marketing Support:
  Work with the sales and marketing teams to present product demos, answer technical questions, and develop tailored solutions.
  Assist with product presentations to potential customers.
