CyberArk PAM Engineer - Privilege Access Management (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk components, including the Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and other relevant modules.

- Manage user access, permissions, policies, workflows, and other administrative tasks within the CyberArk environment.

- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patching.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding and hands-on experience with core CyberArk modules, including but not limited to :

1. Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)

2. Application Identity Manager (AIM)

3. Privileged Session Manager (PSM)

4. Central Policy Manager (CPM)

5. Privileged Access Manager for Cloud (optional but a plus)

6. Conjur (optional but a plus)

- Administer Windows Servers, as this is the underlying platform for the CyberArk solution. This includes installation, configuration, security hardening, patching, and troubleshooting.

- Implement and enforce PAM best practices to secure privileged access, minimize risk, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of PAM processes.

- Integrate CyberArk with other security and IT infrastructure systems.

- Automate tasks related to PAM management where possible.

- Provide Tier 2/3 support for CyberArk related issues.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to vendor support when necessary.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the CyberArk environment, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

- Generate reports on privileged access activity and compliance.

- Collaborate effectively with security engineers, system administrators, application owners, and other stakeholders.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support security audits and compliance initiatives by providing necessary information, reports, and evidence from the CyberArk system.

Mandatory Skills :

- Extensive experience working with CyberArk PAM.

- Strong Windows Server administration skills.

- Deep understanding of PAM concepts and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience as a CyberArk PAM Engineer.
