About the Role :

- A Lead Engineer in our CA Site Minder team is a crucial part of Simeio.

- This role will let you work on some of our biggest and most interesting projects with clients from across the globe.

- You'll also work in parallel with other Site Minder Architects, as part of a team on larger implementations or application onboarding projects.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of SiteMinder engineers, providing guidance and support on project execution and technical best practices.

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex CA SiteMinder solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Architect and design robust and scalable SiteMinder infrastructures, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.

- Install, configure, and customize SiteMinder components, including Policy Servers, Web Agents, and Authentication/Authorization mechanisms.

- Integrate SiteMinder with various applications and systems, including web applications, databases, and directories.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for SiteMinder related issues, including performance tuning, log analysis, and root cause identification.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and present solutions.

- Work closely with other IAM engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives by developing training materials, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and participating in community forums.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SiteMinder features, best practices, and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in implementing and supporting CA SiteMinder solutions.

- Deep understanding of SiteMinder architecture, components, and functionalities.

- Strong experience with SiteMinder Policy Server, Web Agents, and other key components.

- Proficiency in integrating SiteMinder with various authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and databases.

- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript).

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
