Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand Creatives who will work to shape the creative vision for our brand, define creative strategy, oversee the consistency of the brand creativity, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver a distinctive and compelling visual brand world.
Responsibilities
The Head of Brand Creative will own the evolution of the brand look and feel, indeate disruptive and innovation campaigns that elevate the brand.
Spearhead the creative vision for brand experiences, and lead and review the output of all creative assets across the team.
Develop, lead, and execute the brand experience through a well-structured, innovative, rule-breaking 360 creative strategy.
Continually drive change and challenge progression, ensure the brand remains, aspirational and relevant.
Act as guardian of the brand s creative world, continuously evolving and pushing boundaries on our visual handwriting while maintaining a consistent, distinctive brand look and feel.
Understanding engagement metrics and how social media trends work, especially Instagram .
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and digital media landscape.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Be highly organized and collaborative.
