- Experience with Windows 10, 11 installation, configuration, and user profile management.
- Familiarity with Sophos Firewall and network security configurations.

- Good Abilities to providing the remote support to the end users
- Track and manage IT inventory - Good abilities to resolve the problem to communicate with users - Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
