Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Manager to lead and manage our operations in the Delhi region.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, implementing strategies, and driving growth in the healthcare and nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals in the Delhi region.

- Develop and implement region-specific strategies to promote Signutra's products and solutions.

- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders in the region.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies effectively.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and product guidelines.

- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

- Analyze regional sales data to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

- Experience in a managerial role within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nutrition industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Delhi market and healthcare ecosystem.
