Our story began in 2014, when our founder, Eman Pulis, established SiGMA with a mission to make a difference in the world of iGaming, emerging tech, digital health, and affiliate marketing.

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Team Lead to take charge of our search engine optimization strategy and oversee a team of SEO Specialists. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive traffic, and maximize online visibility across all markets. You will be responsible for leading a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring that SEO goals align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page tactics.

Manage and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, ensuring alignment on goals, deadlines, and best practices.

Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Oversee audits to identify and resolve site issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, or poor site speed.

Work with content creators to produce optimized and high-ranking content that aligns with user intent.

Overseeing team KPIs and fostering collaboration among team members for enhanced productivity. Create detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities.

Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO considerations are integrated into all projects.

Leverage AI and automation to optimize SEO workflows.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Expertise in data analysis and the ability to draw insights from large datasets.

Experience managing a team, providing mentorship, and driving performance improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

Experience in international or multilingual SEO.

Knowledge of affiliate marketing and iGaming industry SEO.

Experience with AI and workflow automation.
