SEO Team Lead

We are looking for a talented and result-driven SEO Team Lead to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and analytics, along with the ability to lead a team and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives for multiple projects.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Manage and lead a team of SEO executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute link-building and content strategies to enhance website authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and present SEO reports, progress updates, and strategy recommendations to management and clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of increasing organic rankings and traffic for websites.
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and technical SEO implementation (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
