Job Summary:
We are seeking an SEO Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content marketing, and data analytics. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and technical teams to drive organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings, ensuring our platform is easily discoverable by users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• Analyze current website performance and identify areas for improvement using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Optimize website content (on-page SEO) including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, images, internal linking, and more.
• Implement off-page SEO strategies such as link-building campaigns, outreach, and social signals to increase domain authority.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving organic traffic and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and improves rankings.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with web developers to implement necessary improvements.
• Assist in the development of SEO-friendly landing pages, blog posts, and other content types.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar SEO role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with content marketing and keyword optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles (technical SEO).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for staying updated on SEO trends and evolving digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with eCommerce or educational websites is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Google Analytics certification or other relevant SEO certifications.
