Job Description

At SiGMA World Group, we lead the way in digital innovation and are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Web QA Tester. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and functionality of our web applications by identifying issues, verifying fixes, and maintaining high standards of user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manually test web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet specifications.
Create, update, and execute test cases and scenarios based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug-tracking tools.
Verify bug fixes and ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards are met.
Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
Provide feedback on potential user experience improvements and quality concerns.
Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and results.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Experience using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Experience testing REST APIs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
