Identify the bottlenecking operations depending upon the TAKT time.

Optimize the cycle time ,improve production rate

Feasibility study and finalisation of machining processes.

Estimation of machining cycle times considering conventional and CNC processes.

Estimation of machining cell cost, consumable cost and energy cost.

SPC study

Knowledge of Leak testing, Laser marking machine

Knowledge of PPAP requirements
