Leader CNC Electrical Maintenance (Plant Engineering)

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining Complete Maintenance of plant which includes Manufacturing Shops & Building
• Ensuring the Plant Maintenance (Overall maintenance of Machines, Equipments, Utilities and
• Buildings)
• Improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of machines, equipment's & utilities by improving MTBF & reduction in MTTR
• Conceptualize and Implement Energy Conservation projects
• Machine Maintenance (Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown): CNC Machine Shop (Turning /Plano Miller / Horizontal Boring Machine / HMCs & VMCs), SPM / Conventional/ CNC Wire Cut Machines

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification - Diploma OR Degree in Electrical / Electronics
• Domain Expertise - 10+ years into CNC Maintenance
• Communication Skills
• Proven working experience with team management skills.
• Candidate from Precision Machine Building Industry / Tool Room Industry preferred.
• TPM, 5-S, Kaizen
• Manpower Management
