Urgent Opening For Executive- Master Desk

Job Purpose: Managing and maintaining master data within TIL

Role & responsibilities:

• Code Creation in D365 and Navision: Create codes in D365 and Navision according to the established processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• KYC Document Review and Documentation: Verify the required KYC documents before initiating code creation and ensure proper documentation is maintained for compliance and future reference.
• Requesting Mira and D&B Reports and Payment Coordination: Request reports from Mira and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and manage the payment process related to obtaining these reports.
• MIS Report Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring the data is accurate and updated for analysis and decision-making.
• Coordination with IT and Business Teams: Collaborate with IT and business departments to facilitate code creation and address any related issues, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Support with Credit and Master Data Tasks: Assist the team with various credit and master data-related tasks, ensuring the work is completed accurately and on time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate
• Experience in D365
• MIS preparation and maintenance
• KYC docs checking and maintenance
• Around 3 to 5 years
• Preferably having worked in a similar position in the past
