Sales Development Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
• Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume (75 outbound a day).
• Assertive and persuasive.
• Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
• Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
• Experience using CRM is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• A Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/ME/MTech
• 4+ years prior sales experience ,Create Campaigns
• Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
• US Market Experience is Must.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamworking, and customer service skills.
• Good time management and analytical skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills
