1.Solution Improvement and Innovation
- Continuously evaluateand enhance existing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and industrystandards.
- Foster a culture ofinnovation, encouraging the development and implementation of new ideas.
2.Problem Solving and Firefighting
- Act as a criticalproblem solver to address urgent and complex technical challenges.
- Provide quick andeffective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
3.New Solution Development
- Design and architectnew solutions that address emerging business requirements.
- Ensure new solutionsare scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
4.Accelerators Development
- Develop and implementaccelerators to speed up the delivery and efficiency of solutions.
- Leverage automation andother technologies to enhance productivity.
5.Feasibility Evaluation
- Conduct thoroughfeasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Analyze technical,financial, and operational aspects to determine viability and potential impact.
6.Technical Sales Support
- Collaborate with thesales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Assist in craftingcompelling technical proposals and presentations for clients.
7.Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing
- Share best practices,experiences, and lessons learned across the organization.
- Conduct workshops andtraining sessions to disseminate knowledge and improve team capabilities.

Education: Bachelor sdegree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Master s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimumof 8-10 years in solution architecture or a related field, with a track recordof successful project delivery.
Skills:
- Strong business acumenand the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Proficiency in solutionimprovement, innovation, and the development of new solutions.
- Exceptionalproblem-solving skills and the ability to act swiftly in high-pressuresituations.
- Experience withfeasibility evaluations and a deep understanding of technical and financialconsiderations.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical conceptsto non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience insupporting technical sales efforts.
- Knowledgeof best practices in solution architecture and the ability to share insightseffectively.
