We are looking for SCADA Lead Engineer

You ll make a difference by

• Design the complete Traction and power SCADA in Metro electrification using Siemens SCADA.
• Discussion with vendors, customers of design approvals.
• Lead and manage the SCADA team, providing training, guidance and support.
• Oversee daily design activities of team members by looking at the technical requirement management of projects of SCADA systems.
• Ensure SCADA system reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement SCADA system upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate SCADA with other enterprise systems.
• Provide training and support to SCADA users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Implement best design practices and Siemens engineering guidelines.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering/equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in SCADA system design management or a related role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and industrial control systems.
• Experience with SCADA software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
