Role & responsibilities

• Project management capabilities. i.e. Project Planning, discussion with
• customers on project status, issues handling, change management,
• documentation, Slippages handling etc.
• Resource management and maintaining resource billability.
• Project cost management
• Customer management
• Review mechanism
• Timely update to management on project status and project issues
• Project closures
• Support Management

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: At least 8 years in the field of Industrial Automation.
• Should have worked on different end users in Automation projects.
• Experience at Pharma end user will be added advantage.
• Should have experience for resource management as well as Technically manage the client requirement.
• Business acumen driving Billability, Utilization and Customer success.
• Attributes- Problem solving and decision making, collaborative working, result oriented.
• People Leader excellent at Acquiring & Nurturing talent.
