Job Description
- Making every customer interaction a satisfying experience through a professional, outgoing, and personable attitude.
- Resolving customer requests, questions and complaints effectively, frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of online or technical support resources.
- Serving as liaison between the customer and the Technical Support team and if appropriate, escalating cases up the support chain in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring that all relevant communication, documents, and files related to the case are accurately recorded in the support system.
- Providing timely & accurate status updates to customers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Continuing effort to acquire and maintain good knowledge of Milestone s products as well as Support procedures, practices, and policies
you'll win us over by:
- Having An engineering degree or Masters within IT.
- 3 - 5 Years of Relevant experience in field of technical documentation
- Experience in providing technical support for external clients.
- Having knowledge with IP Network, Storage Technologies, Remote troubleshooting skills.
- Having Technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and relevant technologies.

Preferred Certification:
- Milestone Certified Integration Engineer (MCIE).
- Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT).
