How to contribute to our vision

Performs legal research, compiles and summarizes data from such references as law case digests, legal encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources, with regard to Commercial Law. Maintains file system and drafts. May represent the attorney executing simple legal matters. Acts as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees. Provides legal assistance and conducts filings for the corporation; performs related duties regarding litigation matters. Person trained in legal matters who performs tasks requiring some knowledge of the law and legal procedures, typically paralegals have taken a prescribed series of courses in law and legal processes.

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

Computer knowledge, working knowledge of MS Office, accounting software such as SAP, etc. Commercial aspects in terms of invoices, PO, invoice processing. Will be required to talk to lawyer offices commercial/accounting team for processing of invoices in timely manner. MIS and documentation of legal. Administrative work. Maintaining confidentiality. Good Interpersonal skills. worked as a paralegal Law firms/ accounting firms.
