Main missions
Be responsible for the booking, execution and follow-up of spare parts orders; from negotiation to
delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments (deadline, terms of payment, shipping
conditions, etc.).
Be the guarantor of the achievement of the objective of turnover and on-time deliveries.
Offer its external and internal customers a quality service while achieving the objectives defined by
the Management.
Activities and responsibilities
Customer/Supplier interface activities
Develop and maintain good and frequent relationships with customers to enhance our products and
services.
Check the conformity of the order with the offer or the price agreement.
Negotiate the applicable terms and conditions with the support of Management, BA's and the legal
department.
Book orders in SAP and ensure that all necessary information is correct and customer needs relayed
internally.
Issue and send order acknowledgments to customers.
Regularly and proactively inform customers of the status of orders and/or any change in the delivery
date of ordered parts.
Ensure the satisfaction of specific customer requests (eg - improvement of the delivery time) by
implementing all necessary actions.
Participate in regular conference calls with clients (internal/external)
Obtain from Customers their agreement related to requests for partial delivery authorization,
extension / amendment of letter of credit, material inspection date…
Organize and participate in customer inspections.
Supplier On boarding and off boarding
Order execution
Monitor the backlog of the assigned portfolio (analysis and associated action plans, daily updating of
data, etc.)
Participate in order progress meetings, internal and external to the Order Entry and Planning
department.
Relay and support customer requests internally with SCM, Production scheduling, Logistics, Quality,
Invoicing, Business Administration, etc.
Ensure the update and analysis of key indicators (turnover, OTD ...)
Ensure regular reporting to Management.
Comply with internal and external rules (Compliance and QSSE).
Knowledge, expertise and soft skills
Knowledge of the compressor and Gas turbine products and customers
Knowledge of international trade rules
Knowledge of supply chain and material planning
Computer skills (SAP / ARIBA /Excel / Outlook)
Analytical skills (Power BI/ Tableau)
Customer and results oriented.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:
Wide interaction in global platform with Americas and European Region
PROBLEM SOLVING:
Interaction with SCM (Supply chain Management) to resolve part numbers conflicts and make sure process them with
the turnaround time.
KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors degree in mechanical or production engineering.
• Working Experience of +3 years in using V Lookups
• Working experience in presenting the data in graphs format
• Experience in Pivot tables and various other excel features. VBA & Macros (will be an added advantage),
• Certification on Advanced Excel Training will be a plus.
• Experience with Web based software. General experience with the Internet.
• The candidate should be good in English language, Communication skills, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet,
etc.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and pdf writer software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Candidate must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
• Candidate must have the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
