Job Description
A Snapshot of Your Day
You would be responsible for mapping employment documentation to a technology solution, configuring clauses and templates based on legal input, and conducting quality checks. Additionally, you would coordinate the review process, test system features, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any system issues.
How You ll Make an Impact - Identify and map the content of employment documentation to the technical elements of the employment conditions technology solution.
- Configure employment clauses, ensuring all necessary metadata and specific clause elements are correctly mapped within the technology solution and accurately set up, based on input from the internal legal team.
- Set up employment documentation templates, ensuring all required elements and employment clauses are properly included as defined by the internal legal team.
- Perform quality checks on the configured document templates by simulating scenarios to verify the inclusion of the correct clauses.
- Test generated documents to ensure proper layout and formatting.
- Coordinate the internal review and approval process for employment clauses and templates, as per the defined governance, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in testing new system features to enhance employment and template management functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system bugs encountered during regular operations.
- 5 + years of experience with 3+ years of relevant experience after a Bachelors Degree.
- Exposure to employment documentation and experience in administering employment cycle documentation are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using HR technology solutions and platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
