Job Description
- Institutionalize Knowledge Management practices/ requirements across Siemens Mobility
- Establish a KM implementation model roadmap with standardized templates and tools
- Identify KM practices/ requirements; internal external benchmarking prioritize top KM interventions
- Measure success, recalibrate and rollout across SMO
- Preparation of databases/documents/templates for specific, systematic competence analysis
- Support line management with development plans of employees
- Overall coordination of the introduction of competence management within the business
- Coordination of qualitative and quantitative competence development needs within the business and for customer projects in internal and externally required tools or platforms
- Provide regular status reports on competence management to internal management, communicate issues or nonconformances to the relevant management, respectively
Desired Skills:
- You should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience
- Good Communication Mandatory
